The experience was excellent although I have to go back for check up which is the best thing but I'm feeling a lot better

The GP at Evaton mall is perfect he knows his story if only you can bring another doctor to help him because he is under preessure not because of work but because of the queue and sometimes he must attend to previous day patients who were not attended, the doctor must also have time to lunch, it is so shame full for the doctor to snack in between patients because he doesn't have time for lunch, I plead with you because before the online booking I waited 7 hours for the doctor to see me. Please also work on your online and prove people on time for their appointments if the surgery doesn't take slots from 12 o'cloxk please remove it online and stop confusing the patients.

Even though I booked online, I still had to fall in line with everyone else and the waiting time was about an hour, they also removed the notification that states that people who book online are not supposed to be in a queue
I'd highly recommend the clinic, very clean, friendly staff and booking online made things easier.
The doctor Olwethu DIBO, was very professional and friendly. I didn't feel judged and all my questions were answered
My overall visit at QuadCare Evaton Mall, not so good, I had to wait in the queue until I reminded the receptionist that I'm not suppose to wait in the queue. I launched a complaint via the whatsapp which I got a response that they will notify the receptionist about my situation. After seeing the doctor, the receptionist told the doctor that "his patient is busy launching complaints" while I was present which I found that to be very unprofessional
