Have been going to Mike for years, he is the best at what he does.

The receptionist should have looked to see in at the rooms as you were waiting inside and I was waiting outside for more than 20 minutes to have my feet done. She didn't look into your rooms to check if you were busy and nobody was there apart from yourself. She needs to up her skills with people.
