Greshne is a reputable and experienced senior physiotherapist, that worked as a divisional head of the physiotherapy division at Campus Health Services, Stellenbosch University. She strives to deliver high-quality patient care by achieving superior patient outcome in an Integrated Approach to Medicine & Science by applying ethical principals in evidence-based practice; Emphasize on patient education -and accountability. Burning desire to lean more in sports physiotherapy, and planning to further her studies to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy and to ultimately follow her passion of becoming an innovative professional in her field. 15 years of working in sports and it extends from amateur to national level in multi-coded sports events from athletics, hockey, netball, rugby, tennis, soccer,Para-rowing/powerlifting/ athletics. In 2009, she was selected as a physiotherapist accompanying the Women’s SA hockey team to the African HockeyCup of Nations, Ghana. That year she was also the physiotherapist for Stellenbosch University Maties Men's hockey team, where they won the USSA Championships. Greshne was honoured to be a physiotherapist for Team SA at Paralympic Games, London in 2012. She accompanied Team SA to the All-African Games 2015 in Congo, and formed part of the Paralympic and Olympic Games Road to Rio, training camp 2016 in Switzerland and Italy. Greshne was also honoured to be a member of Team SA’s medical staff that travelled to Common Wealth Games 2022, Birmingham. Greshne triumphed with two victories, USSA Netball Championships and the Varsity Sports Netball Tournament 2022 and is the team physiotherapist for Maties Netball, 1st team.
