The main issue with Dr Mazwi is the2 ladies at reception. I have not dealt with such rude and cocky individuals in any doctor;s rooms. My niece and I have decided to take our business else where as hte attitude and abuse of power by the two ladies at reception is beyond comprehension. It is clear that they do no require our business and to then we are actually an irritation. They are not helpful at all and display attitude of know it all and arrogance if you do try to ask questions about your account. It was not an easy decision but after asking my niece who recently had a baby to recommend someone, she said she has gone to someone else after the bad service from Dr Mazwi's rooms. It is such a pity that such a good doctor will loose patients and business due to the bad service from the two women at the front desk. Regards
