    Dry eye

A survey has found that office workers spend about 1700 hours per year using devices with screens. For me, it's much more so I'm really a fan of the high energy blue light blocking lenses now available. Over a third of respondents in this poll said they had to increase the text size to see clearly, and about a quarter had to bring the screen closer to see clearly. About half (52%) try to take regular breaks or look away to prevent getting symptoms, but 48% believe they experience eye strain, dry eye and other symptoms and 37% report headaches related to screen time.
