The bookings for 2 as indicated on the booking time slots is a little misleading I thought this was for 2 PEOPLE but you need 2 TIME SLOTS (or 30min) to complete the Discovery Vitality Health checks especially if you have to redo a Bp test

My only complaint is my incorrect blood pressure reading was given to Discovery . It was high at first , then she redid it and said it was perfect , but she submitted my incorrect reading .

We were booked for 10:20 on Saturday through the booking system but waited over half an hour for our appointment. If a 2nd sister / nurse hadn't administered our flu vacs we probably would have waited a further 30 mins as it appears the person who had booked before us was going in for a Vitality health check and these take alot longer than the 20mins one is allocated for an appointment.

10 mins may be a bit short for some appointments. Perhaps there could be just a few 15 or 20 min slots.

I had an excellent consultation. Thank you! My only question is: I booked an.appointment, arrived 10 mins early, completed an indemnity form and 2 mins before my appointment a young man without an appointment suddenly arrived , curiously with the same health issue i had (a blocked ear (although I also raised concern about my low blood pressure episodes.). I was asked if the youngster could proceed me. I felt obliged to agree - but was surprised. If there is an effective system in place, surely it should be maintained in all cases, unless there's an emergency or someone is due to fly out of CT, etc. I wasn t offered any explanation. I did not notice the young man fill- in an indemnity form; perhaps this was a follow-up visit? I'm a 70 year old woman and felt 'lessened' by this experience. I wondered: had i been a man would i have been asked to give my time-slot to the young man? Generally women are expected to be flexiible, patient & understanding. 10 minutes is not a long time to wait. They were spent mulling over the experience ive just described. In closing, let me not omit to thank Reddam Pharmacy for offering this service to.the public.

Very warm and comforting environment. The nurse is amazing, not judgemental and very supportive. Fell in love with this pharmacy based solely on the nurse.

Sister Lorna was not up to date with new form client had to fill in. She should have been made aware of it so that she knew what was on it. The form did come to SMS late the night before and was missed by myself to complete before arriving. Perhaps this should be advised on making the booking so one knows its to be done. This would save time on arrival instead of sitting filling out a form and delaying the next person waiting.
