The whole experience was pleasurable - felt comfortable during the whole process and the professional was knowledgable and provided comprehensive counselling, ensuring to show that needles used were sealed including sample barcodes and communicated clear timelines and next steps of the process.

Everyone is so kind, friendly and caring here. The centre is clean, easy to find and there are no waiting periods.
