It's my first appointment with Dr Vamvadelis and it was easy, considering that I was feeling really yucky. She quickly got down to the nitty-gritty. For once a doc grasped that a person living with Lupus ESL shouldn't take antibiotics. And a day later... I can feel my body saying "Thank You!"

Dr Rinky is the best! She is also highly organized and seems caring! I strongly recommend her.

What a great practice. From the start it was a good experience - great being able to book online and so easy, plus there's a confirmation message straight away. The lady managing the reception area is super, with a good sense of humour and getting to see Dr Rinky was really easy and I had a same-day appointment. Dr Rinky herself is great - experienced , takes her time with patients, and she is a great listener! My overall impression of the practice is that it's warm and inviting, extremely efficient, with doctors that hear out their patients. So I will definitely be back.

Dr Rinky has been our family GP for many years, starting with her practice in Muizenberg; she is worth following as our GP in Somerset West. She is knowledgeable and gives excellent advice.

Dr Rinky is thorough and friendly. The reception is also friendly, a good practice. I did however through my own fault arrive on the wrong day, a day early, and was surprised after a 15 min wait noone had asked me who I was there to see. I eventually approached reception and was told my appt was for the next day, Dr Rinky had left. I think reception should confirm with patients on arrival whom they there to see, I would have found out straight away I was there on the wrong day. My own fault, just wasn't with it.
