Skye studied at the University of Cape Town. Lured by the legend of Baragwanath Hospital, she moved to Johannesburg to complete her internship. She did her community service at Tladi clinic which sparked a love for community and family medicine. 

There, she started the Sibahle Community Food garden and Soup Kitchen, a project which feeds chronically ill patients from a community grown veggie garden. Have a look at www.sibahlecommunity.co.za to get involved or contribute. 

Skye has an interest in integrative medicine and optimum health. She is a lover of humans in all their myriad facets and this makes her work every day interesting to her. Her love for medicine is reflected in her relationships with her patients and her attention and care for each person she meets. Outside of medicine, she is a mother and a want-to-be florist. 

Health with heart has been an opportunity to wear a new hat and marry business and strategy with healing.
