My experience was quite positive. The google recommendations are an accurate reflection of what you can expect. Dr. Shams is friendly, professional, and thorough in his questioning and treatment plans. There was a slight wait time, but this is to be expected when consults with other patients run a bit over. An accessible and efficient booking process through RecoMed.

Dr Shams acted promptly on my booking. He personally called me to confirm my booking and we arranged for a date and time suitable for me. And when I met him in person., he was just great and energetic too.
