My appointment was scheduled for 10am. I arrived at the place at 9:55am. I only got an opportunity to see Dr Anton Coetzee at almost 11am. Usually per my previous visits to the place, the waiting time has not been more than 15minutes but Friday’s one was unacceptable. I take the point that it was a public holiday and there were many patients but it’s still unacceptable. Worst part of it is that no one communicated any reason for waiting that long or to apologise.
