The doctor was very professional, and we were assisted promptly at the appointment. He examined my child and explained exactly what was wrong, as well as the medication he would prescribe, assuring us that he would get better quickly.

Horrible experience at the check in desk. I had to call my medical aid to call them because they supposedly had a “system error” and would let my sick child consult. Front desk lady was rude, had an attitude and didn’t even apologise after the medical aid call her desk to sort the issue out. Sibisi is an amazing Dr but is let down by a poor managed front desk.

Dr Sibisi is very good and patient. He likes people and he was available for my review and answered all questions I had. It's very helpful to be able to ask questions and get answers in your language sometimes it's difficult to respond in English and Afrikaans.

It's good that we can get bookings online less waiting and the booking direction is prompt
