I think it's important to find a doctor you're comfortable with, when it comes to your family, I remember growing up with one house doctor and he was the only doctor we went to basically my whole life up until he retired. and since starting my family, I'm glad we found Dr Heger and we've been with him since my son was born. Doc Rob has been our awesome family doc for years!

Dr Heger is usually on time and is a fantastic docter.

I was reffered to Dr Heger by another specialist and I was also unaware that my sister was going to him for a while (she was also using the other GP that I used prior to Dr Heger). Dr Heger shows compassion and care. Yesterday was my second appointment with him and from my first appointment I was really pleasantly surprised with his amount of care, his genuinety and his bedside manner that he provided to me, which i really needed at the time -he gave me hope. Since then I have stopped using my current GP (whom I might add is also another great doc, whom I have been going to for years). I just prefer Dr Heger for the reasons mentioned above. It is convenient for me that he is also down the road from where I reside. *The waiting time is a little unfortunate though as we book a specific time slot online and as a patient I understand with all of his patients he doesn't rush the consult with them. I do hope however that this could improve a little in future. Because when you're terribly sick and in need of urgent assistance, it's disappointing to wait even though you've booked a time slot. Thank you Dr Heger and Tanya (I hope I got your name right from seeing you yesterday).
