Very disappointed. Booked online with Dr Dr de Jongh. Received reminder on Friday indicating all is in order. When arriving, was told that Dr de Jongh is not there and that a Dr Swart would see me. I specifically booked 2 weeks in advance to see Dr de Jongh (have been a patient of Dr de Jongh for 42 years) and I wanted to see Dr de Jongh. Dr Swart only arrived at the practice at 9am so all appointments were later than booked. I then canceled and left. Totally unprofessional.

The best doctor I know. Reception was good. Clicks chemist pathetic. Staff very unfriendly and they never have what is on the prescription. I gave them a chance again, but was again disappointed. They will not see me again. Whats more, they dont care. If you dont want the substitude/generic meds, they push the prescription back to you, and shout...next!!
