I don't even know where to begin, talking about Dr Charlotte she's the best family doctor we ever had as the Mufamadis. Everytime we visit the centre she always treat us as her only patient, She knows all of us and she always asks about the other family members if one consulted alone. My kids love her so much. I'll be making a very big mistake if u don't mention the Receptionists, But'Amos, Ma'am Dorothy, Sis Conny and and other lady I'm not familiar with her name, They are so friendly all the time, they are so welcoming. Further more, for the fact that they know me by my name, that's a cherry on top. Keep it up the good work Dr C Dr Jong and the rest if the staff. Ohhh yes, I forgot to mention the Sisters, they are so jolly as well, whenever they draw blood or give an injection, they make you feel so comfortable. Thank you so much for the good work🙏🏼🙏🏼

15-minute appointments are too short. The doctor is thorough, and to keep waiting times shorter, make appointments longer.

Dr Charlotte is the best doctor ever and patient. I am happy with her service however Medicross must try their best to manage time as the waiting period is frustrating.
