Best Dr ever, allways very understanding

Long waiting time due to the reception desk only having one person on duty and thereby delaying me going to the doctors room for my appointment. Very unprofessional.

Please ensure that their is sufficient staff at the reception desk. I waited 40 minutes simply because the doctor had to wait for the reception staff to make my file available in the pigeon hole before he could call me in for my appointment. It is one thing to have to wait to get assisted by the doctor but is not on that both the doctor and I must wait because the reception only has one person helping all the people who come in for appointments to the various doctors.
