My only concern is what if they meds Doc prescribed didn't work and i need a stronger antibiotic. What do I do, pay for another consult

Wasn't entirely happy . Had symptoms for 7 days . No self medication helped. Spoke to Doctor who said that it seems to be viral. She prescribed more self medication and told me that if symptoms get worse I must send an email request and antibiotic. When I called two days later because my symptoms was getting worse they told me I need to book another consultation even though the Dr said I would just need to send an email requesting a prescription for Antibiotics.

Excellent for getting prescriptions and help for chronic issues. Wouldn't recommend as an option for a comprehensive check up or diagnosis but if you need prescription or advice for a condition you know about this is an excellent option. Quick and convenient, especially for those with mobility issues.

Video chat was exactly on time and I had my issues sorted quickly and efficiently.

The telehealth consult I had was excellent, and I received my script via email straight after the consult. My only issue was that I booked a video consult and the practice chose to do the consult via telephone.

My telehealth video consult was a delightful experience, done on a public holiday and I got my acute script in seconds after the consult via email. Will be using this service again!
