TREATS PATIENT WITH RESPECT, AND HIS NOT ONLY ABOUT MEDICAL CHECKS. HE IS PHYSIOLOGICAL TOO. I DON'T MIND THE WAIT TIME COS IT'S DEFINITELY WORTH MY WHILE.

I have been a patient since around 2002. Dr Monnakgotla is very proffessional, kind and always listens. He's a good listener and he pays attention. What I like most about him is that he will make you calm and feel settle before you get to the real issues. He gives his patients good attention. He prefers spending more time with a patient to ensure customer satisfaction. Hence, his room is always full. My only issue is that his receptionist aren't complimenting his service. I personally happy with the Dr services however, worried about the service at reception. There is a need to improve there. Taking your time is good but we need to also think about the people waiting.

I've been using his services for the past 12years and even after relocating from the area I prefer to take the 40km journey to his practice because of the good service he offers.
