I am very disappointed,it is for 2nd time I made an appointment to consult,because receptionist did not go through to the medical aid I was returned,today was even worse I phoned 2 hours before my appointment and ask the receptionist to check with the medical aid and call me back whether I should come or not,I am still waiting for the response.I am not sure whether the Doctor is aware with the service that the patients are experiencing.
