The gentleman at reception was exceptionally rude and I had to ask someone else to assist. He did not greet me and even though I had been a patient of the practice for 15 years he asked me to complete new patient forms and when I said I am a patient, why should I, he told me I fill in the forms or I don’t see the dr. He was beyond rude. If I had not been a patient with dr Spies for 15 years, I would have left. Dr Spies is brilliant but the male reception is awful . Absolutely no manners.

The staff personnel is very professional. They are very helpful and friendly too. I was impressed from the reception desk until to the doctor's room. Keep up the good work. You have gained a loyal member.

I would recommend Dr Spies at any time. From the reception to him, the service was excellent. Both times I have been there, I received the best care that I needed.
