Dr Louw was professional and very good handling my delicate situation. He his bedside manners was excellent. He handled me with good care and explained everything to me in detail so that I could understand everything that I need to do.

Online booking process very simple and all staff members friendly & help full. I received the first email regarding booking (review email), but only received the 2nd/confirmation email after asking if my appointment was scheduled.

All the staff are wonderful and friendly. Dr Pieter Louw is a wonderful doctor. He takes time to hear you out and asks questions before giving a diagnosis and takes the time with you. Best bed side manners I've seen from a doctor in a long time. He is concerned about you and does not just medication on you and come and see me if it's not better. He first thinks and looks up and then does his prescriptions. I would recommend him to anyone. My aunt was in such pain and she went to him and he took the time with her and yesterday she said her ailment she had has improved so much that she can walk without her stick and sleep at night now without pain.

Both doctors are amazing! We truly have the best GP's.

I do understand that unforseen circumstances can make it impossible to be on time. But for both of my appointments I had to wait for more than 80min. That is not good.
