Being someone that does not like hospitals and doctor's offices, it was a good experience. Staff is friendly end very helpful and compassionate to the patients' needs.

I had a 09:00 confirmed appointment. Got there 08:50, they did not know I had an appointment and I had to show the sms confirmation to proof my appointment. About 09:15 I was told there are 3 people before me and the doctor is not there yet. As I had to go to work and didn’t know when I will be able to see the doctor I left. Not very impressed with this establishment.

No complaints whatsoever. All the ladies from reception were extremely friendly, I did not have to wait longer than what my appointment was scheduled for and the dr. was very informative and friendly.
