Great consult with a Dr that actually listened to my concerns.

The service was excellent, from the time i walked into Medicross, till i left, Dr De Necker, he sat and explained my condition, in accordance to the way i could understand every word he said, he is a very special Doctor, thank you very much Dr De Necker, i will definitely refere you, to all I know..

Dr De Necker is great but the waiting time at the clinic needs to be improved. I waited over an hour for a simple Voltaren injection that took 2 minutes. Another patient waited more than 3 hours for a sister to see to her. If this continues patients might as well visit a government clinic where they at least don't have to pay for the long wait.

I was in very bad pain with my Diverticulitis, I made an online appointment for 09:30, I had to wait until 11:00 before I saw the doctor. I did notice that there were patients who came in after 09:30 that saw the doctor before me. I understand that the doctor is very busy but then there mustn't be so many bookings, they must refer patients to other practices so that the doctors can see to the available patients without rushing.

What a lovely Dr, very friendly and very thorough. My daughter who was the patient also tissue he was soooo nice. 10/10

Everytime l see Dr de Necker with severe pain /fever l come come out of the consulting room feeling better because I am served with compassion

Medicross is improving on the waiting time and considering people who placed appointments,which was something they were not.Keep up the good work guys
