My experience with Dr Sibaya has been an amazing one, the service is excellent and I appreciated when I was with my niece they gave me a private room because I couldn’t leave the child alone. I visited the doctor yesterday for weigth management. While the staff and reception were warm and welcoming and I didn't wait long. I found the doctor to be quite cold. He didn't make much conversation or interact with me during the appointment, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal

I felt the Doc was a bit distant from me, even though he displayed vast knowledge about the subject matter in diagnosis. There was not much room for further engagement.

This was my first consultation. Doc was a bit abrupt and had a mask all the time. It would be nice if the doc greeted formally, maybe show face briefly. The place is soo clean only advise in the Massage room there are small flies insects (imbuzane) that are disturbing while waiting for 20 minutes my advise you need to buy flying insects Doom. Other than that I was so impressed with your neatness keep it up the good work.

Dr Sibaya is one of the best doctors in EL, he knows what he is doing.

My appointment was at 15:30 only to go inside at 16:30 that's an hour late so if you can fix your waiting time think will be great otherwise other services excellent.
