short wait , otherwise excellent service and care

I made a online booking which did not show on there side, they made a booking for the same time. This meant that I had to wait nearly 45min before Dr could see me. Was a very disappointing experience.

Made life so easy using this to make my appointment and then Dr de Groep was outstanding

A constructive suggestion about booking on the RecoMed app. Although I am a long-standing patient of Dr De Groep's, I still had to enter my medical aid details, etc. Could the beginning of the process start with a simple selection of New Patient or Existing patient?

Dr Clare is thorough and gives you her full time and attention.

Doctor De Groep is always approachable, caring and concerned and was even available for an emergency on Sunday afternoon.
