The waiting time is crazy and if you try to call the number onside it is never picked up. They are great doctors just need to improve somewhere as you get there at 08:00 and will only leave after lunch.

I just visited Doctor Patel the lady at the reception was extremely rude to. She refused to open a folder for my sick 5 year old. She said and I quote”I’m not going to open the folder because it’s 5pm and we don’t get paid overtime and we end up going home very late” Today was the first time visiting doctor Patel’s surgery and it was definitely the last. The doctor came highly recommended but the receptionist is very rude.
