The doctor's attentive nature and comforting words made me feel deeply valued and assured of my significance, I felt soo much alive when I walked out of that examination room.

The waiting time was long without getting any updates from the receptionist. There were people for PDPs who were being prioritized. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked them to cancel the appointment and that's when I was attended.
