Well done I didn't wait long and services was brilliant from the on duty doctor

I was very nervous going to a new doctor. However Dr Ismail made me feel very comfortable and heard. He didn't treat me like just another patient and actually listened. It's been a week since I've seen him and already I'm feeling much better. Would highly recommend him if you want honest opinions and someone who values your time as well.

I’ve always had a great experience. Dr. Ismail is kind, thorough and direct. The staff are also incredible.

wait time was a bit longer than the appointed time - normally not an issue if there are a number of appointments and running late , ths was just noticeable as it is the first time

Dr Ismail is wonderful. He is friendly, attentive and caring. I can highly recommend him. The only problem is his receptionist. I've been there multiple times and every interaction is worse than the last. She is blunt and unpleasant, bad with admin, poor phone conduct (in the rare event she actually picks up the phone) and she's been sick on the job more than once. I would recommend to that practice to train her a bit better, or to find someone else, as she is leaving a sour taste in customers' mouths. (I've seen a few Google Reviews that agree with my statement) I don't think I'll go back there anytime soon.

A Dr that really takes pride in his job, he is extremely excellent and the waiting times is as quick as singing a happy birthday lullaby. I would highly recommend Dr Ismail to anyone.

Really knows his stuff. Few doctors gave me the advice and suggestions this man can. Really helped me with any illness I had. Always prescribes the correct meds to help. Unlike a few other doctors I have been to.

Dr Ismail has such a soft gentle nature. He puts you at ease immediately. I think he has a really great bedside manner with his patients, values their opinions and takes the time to listen to you and explain things to you. He's a really nice doctor. His receptionist is also very nice and polite.

Brilliant doctor, caring bedside manner and he will only prescribe a medication if it is needed. He is well-spoken and a very gentle doctor. He is fantastic with children and I always feel welcome and comforted.

I have been to Dr Ismail 3 or 4 times now, and he is lovely. He is honest, and doesn't always prescribe too much medication, just the ones that are needed. With my foot, he told me that I could choose to take the meds for pain relief, it was my choice as it wouldn't speed up the healing. It was more for comfort. I appreciated his honesty.

Dr. Ismail is wonderful. I can always know that he will be honest and not money hungry. If I ask for a service that he feels I do not need he will tell me no. He has great bedside manner.

Dr. Ismail and his staff are my favorite medical office ever, I wish we had more doctors like Dr. Ismail. He gets you in the office when you need with no delay same or next day, treat you like a human being not like a number, not afraid of asking more questions and always give you the right medicine from the first time

Called and got told they were fully booked but I was welcome to walk in and wait. The wait wasn't even long at all. Very pleasant visit :)
