Usually very hesitant when visiting doctors however was so shocked when we visited Dr Panchoo. She was very warm and welcoming, empathetic and definitely what is missed in our health system. She was very patient and answered all questions even when repeated and was able to provide answers we have not received from any other doctor visit yet. Really invested in her patients and even follows up. Have already started recommending!

It was my 1st time there and it was good. I forgot to ask the dr for a sick note. I went back to the secretary as the next patient was already with the dr and asked her to ask the dr for one and to please email it to me. I also sent a message to the office w app nr 0699788143 and I phoned the office w app nr. I got no feedback on either w appnr or via email. I think the secretary forgot about it. I actually need the sick letter for my work.
