I made my appointment on your phone app. Even got a confirmation message. But there was no appointment for me with Dr Black when I got there, because your app clearly doesn’t work. Dr Black couldn’t see me as he was overbooked and thankfully Dr Schwartz saw me. He had just finished working and stayed on to see me. He was excellent.
