It would be a,good idea to set up update to patients for long waits , more than 40 minutes? This seems to be the norm . Pointless sending out reminders of appointments but not setting up system that advises patients of Dr delay time. Life is short .....

Dr Rosenthal always takes the time to go through my bloods with me and tells me the meaning of each reading ... He doesn't just say "all good". He listens and hears me.

Why make an appointment for 1pm and only be seen at 2.50pm? Useless app. Hungry as well as no lunch before appointment.

It is my view that Medicross puts too much pressure on the doctors working there, ito the number of patients they have to see on a daily basis. Despite this Dr Rosenthal listens to his patients, discusses their issues and a way forward with great care. This makes him a very professional and caring GP.

Dr Rosenthal is an amazing Dr. Been going to him for years. However the reception Wahda Daniels was on her cellphone. Said she was making funeral arrangements for a family member. She should have asked someone else to man her station instead of keeping me waiting.
