The email states “this email is not a confirmation”. Please check the online booking system as there was no confirmation, only a “request for appointment”

Had to wait for 40 minutes from the time I booked to see the Dr. This is the second time it has happened unfortunately, otherwise I would not have been as annoyed. Both times I had to wait for 30+ minutes after the time I had booked, I only have 1 hour during lunch so makes it very difficult to plan my time when I always have to wait post the time I actually booked.

She's a great doctor. Made me feel very comfortable, explains everything she does to you, and what you need to look after yourself.
