Probably caught the staff on a bad day cause they were not friendly at all but the doctor himself was friendly and attentive

I was out by 9h00 which was very impressive for me, I will definitely book an appointment for my visit in advance because it's always full but I am happy with service I'm getting for the past 7 years.

Even though I wasn’t attended by Dr P Hira, the Dr who assisted me was very helpful and friendly, including the staff because it was my first time coming there. I was happy with the service I got there on the 15/03/2024. Oh the Dr who assisted me was at room 7 lovey lady I just forgot her name. It was Dr L. Something, sorry I can’t remember her surname

Dr. Hira is very patient with his patients. He takes time to listen in order to offer medical advice. He is dedicated and friendly. You don't take too long waiting on the queue when you have made an appointment with him. Great service and friendly staff. Always willing to assist. Keep up the good work! 👍

The only wonderful part was the waiting time but next time for first timers like me atleast specify on your booking system how the pricing works because at the reception desk it says 520 consultation with medication but at the other admin desk 520 it's just for consultation, can that process be explain from the first entrance door. And the Dr was spoken high of but I was disappointed with the manner in which I was attended. There was no one on one with the Dr there was a translator which I wasn't ask if I needed or not, cause I definitely didn't need.

I was impressed by the coordination, did not have to wait in line since I had an appointment. I had to see the doctor twice , first before getting an X-ray done and second for intepretation of results. All in a very short space of time

Reception ladies need to explain bookings in detail. When done with reception a patient is just been send to room number without knowing where is tat room. Its not all patient know what to do when you have a booking.

I would highly recommend Dr Prenil. I was impressed by how thorough he is in explaining my condition. He, unfortunately, had to be the bearer of bad news but he did it in such a professional manner and showed empathy. He was honest in explaining my condition without giving false hope. Also explaining how he will support moving forward. I was also impressed with his knowledge of the medical aid benefits and formulary. It makes it easy to deal with someone like him.
