Dr. T Roux is knowledgeable and seasoned. I was quite comfortable throughout our interaction. She also had no problem explaining how she was going about treating me and did so in ways that I could understand.

Dr Roux is a good Dr however, her bedside manner needs a bit of work.

I had a very good experience. I waited less than 10 mins to see the doctor. My appointment was originally at 14:00 but I got there early and by 14:00 I was on my way home.

First impression of the Dr office is it is extremely clear and well lit, which makes someone want to enter. The receptionist is so kind and always friendly. The Dr, is helpful and patient. I would definitely go back

Instead of booking and waiting for confirmation, which at times don't happened, via Reco-Med I made appointment and the confirmation came in after few minutes. This a great initiative.
