My first consultation with Dr Masurik - he was professional and I'm pleased with how addressed my concerns. I was seen on time i.e didn't have to wait. My only issue is that the receptionist appeared to be busy the entire time I was in reception filling out forms, etc receiving and sending voice notes - not very professional.

What a patient doctor! He was extremely caring and listened to what I said! He was very thorough and by asking me to return the next day for a scan of what he thought was wrong he found the problem. Booked over the weekend but confirmation of appointment came through on the Monday 45minutes before appointment. Quite a tight schedule.

At last, I find a Dr who explains to me what all the test means and what is wrong. Other Dr's must see me as dumb or just not see the reason why the patient must know. And I want to know what is wrong, I pay for the info also.

Doctor Masurik is THE BEST!

I was quite upset when my husband was told after waiting over 1 hour to see Dr Masurik that he was busy and they could see Dr DE Vos or come back the next day and make a new appointment. This is not the first time we have been told we cannot see a doctor after making an appointment. I will only allow my daughter to see Dr Masurik due to him being so helpful. This needs to try and be better handled.

He is very helpful and actually asks for your symptoms and does not make assumptions or jump to conclusions.
