Dr Asmal himself is amazing. He is very professional and explains everything in 'layman's terms'. However, it was a Saturday and his receptionist did not handle walk ins and appointments well at all. She had not list of the order that patients need to be seen. I waited an hour to see the Dr bec she kept sending through walk-ins that came before me even though I arrived at 9.30 for my 9.30 appointment. She kept telling people on the phone that they were fully booked but they can still come through and wait. Patients were very frustrated. I explained to the doc what was happening outside his rooms and he assured me that he will address the issue with her.

I was recommended to Dr Asmal by a friend, and will definitely be going back to him for future medical needs. We arrived early and was able to go in ahead of our scheduled time, which was really pleasing. Dr Asmal was very thorough in giving us the treatment options available and took his time to talk through the benefits and effects of each option. I would definitely recommend him.
