The wait time was long but was due to an emergency at the doctors rooms which involved all the doctors and was totally understandable as it was totally out of their control.

Dr Wise is our family doctor. Always a great experience

Appointment was at 16h15 and Dr Wise only saw Alessia @ 17h30. I would like to suggest,that when a Dr is running very late,a receptionist phone the patients and advise then. Our time is also important.

Dr Wise helped me with my congested sinus but also spotted a big wax blob in my left ear, which she suggested be syringed out, I can hear clearly now!!! I'd gotten so used to not hearing clearly and attributed it to my sinus issues (also surprised that no other doctor had recommended this or told me I had this blockage - given that all doctors do check ears). Super happy with her thoroughness and great bedside manner.
