Dr Williams is considerably thorough and attentive. Over and above the ENT area of specialisation, she simultaneously adopts an integrated approach. This sets her apart from peers who may have a narrowed focus and thus miss integral 'bigger picture' connections.

Dr. Williams was as thorough as she could be considering the power outage and some equipment limitations. She has a very pleasant and professional bedside manner. She said she would forward some information and did so very quickly despite the fact she was soon going on holiday. I would definitely recommend her for patients with ENT related issues.

Doctor Williams was really nice. I was nervous at first but her assuring me that everything is alright and I should relax, made me a bit more comfortable

I found that parking and then getting a lift to the ground floor, then checking in through reception was not expected and caused me to be late for my interview. As well as the fact that a contractor had left a loop of wiring dangling from the ceiling in the path of vehicles. My roof rack caught in the wire and ripped it off of my Jeep's roof. Thankfully no-one was driving behind me.

The online booking system is great, so quick & easy. My consult was incredibly thorough and Dr Williams showed care and interest which these days feels rare in medical consults. I would absolutely recommend her to others.
