Healthy snacking options for kiddies – UCT Educare center Our kiddies mid-morning snack menu needed a refresher. We had two important needs in this regard: healthy yet interesting for kids, and easily executable given limited staff and time to prepare the snacks. Catherine tackled this task head on and came up with options which not only met our needs, but proved to be economical as well. While the staff and management were happy with the new menu, it still had to be passed by the toughest critics: the kids! We are thrilled to say that the kids are enjoying the new menu options. Previously we presented the same snacks weekly, now we have so many options we are alternating snacks each week. The staff are happy, parents are happy, and mostly importantly; the kids are happy. Personal weight loss journey– Nicole Phillips My journey with Catherine started in March 2015 and since starting on this journey I have lost a healthy amount of weight consistently for the past 5 months.
