Dr. Ranks easily came to a conclusion and suggestions to fix my problem

A most impressive man . Far beyond any expectations and i have confidence for the first time the Prof Ranks will sort out something other skin specialists could not do . His explanations were very clear and to me absolutely believable whereas before no definite explanation was given by previous doctors .. I look forward to the results and plan of action from Prof Ranks .

It's my first time there and it's difficult to find where to park, where to enter and where in the building the practice is. The Google pin shows the practice on the eastern end of the hospital! This is the goods entrance. There are no signs. Not even the entrance downstairs is marked/ obvious. Please give clear instructions to your clients. It's a massive building, so easy to get lost. I asked six different people where to go..it's frustrating and unnecessary.

Dr Rannakoe is extremely informative, thorough and careful not to cause unnecessary pain (dermatological procedures can sometimes be painful). His bedside manner is excellent. My entire family has been treated by him for various conditions, and we are very grateful for the care he has provided for us.

This was a better experience than I expected. Even parking was no problem. The only issue was that the staff at the hospital gave me the wrong room number.

Dr Lehloenya is an expert in his field. The first time I saw him I had been misdiagnosed for months and seen various 'experts'. He made an accurate diagnosis in a matter of seconds. A lovely human. Wise and no-nonsense. Highly recommended.

Total confidence in Prof’s diagnosis, love his conservative approach

A Professor of Dermatology needs to have the basic tools of his trade there when seeiong a private patient. Ranks, you can't use the light of a cellphone to check our skin, instead of the professional lights and magnifying devices you used before! Or ask patients to remind you to bring liquid nitrogen because you don't have it in that office you are "renting" for an hour or so. Its not really a satisfactory alternative to you having you own rooms. Of course if you have more patients than you can handle, then you will ignore these comments. You personally are, as always, charming and friendly.
