dear Doctor Duma , i have called your surgery and your staff are not very well trained , they picked up the phone and left it aside and then cut the call, if the person answering the phone is the face of your company they should be well mannered and well trained,if someone wants to make an appointment and cannot get through it is a loss for you because of the poor service at you company, kind regards
