Life can be challenging with its ups and downs and seeking therapy is not a weakness, but rather a strength and a brave step towards healing. As a registered Clinical Psychologist, I am passionate about mental health and helping clients attain psychological well-being. My role is to create a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe space for clients during therapy sessions. I help clients gain insight and healthy coping mechanisms to navigate their journeys. I believe that individuals are experts on their life stories and that they have the potential to create meaning and learn from their experiences. I mainly work from a CBT approach. However, I also draw from various therapeutic modalities based on the client's experiences, needs, and goals. I understand that therapy is not linear and that individuals are different, hence I work from an integrative approach. I offer individual therapy to adults and adolescents.
