Nicole is an energetic and high on life individual. She thrives on being active and loves teaching others to be active as well. She completed her B. Biokinetics degree at the University of the Free State.

Nicole is an avid sportswoman with a passion for hockey. She traveled to the US on a scholarship to play hockey at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Life through movement is the epitome of how she tackles working with her patients. She especially focuses on meeting individuals’ goals and getting them to progress beyond their expectations.
